Return Policy

At Magecrab, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchenware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or come into contact with food.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at magecrabofficial@outlook.com or info@magecrab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at magecrabofficial@outlook.com or info@magecrab.com with photos of the issue.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
    We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

  • For customer remorse returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Magecrab will cover the return shipping cost.
